Richard Garcia wrote ...1. What is your character name, class, and spec? Are you willing to change your spec?My Character name is currently Elementus and I play an Enhancement Shaman. I plan on maining a Hunter or Warlock next expansion. For either of those classes, I would be willing to play any of the three offered specializations.2. How old are you?I am 26 years old3. Post a link to your armory profile.https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/stormrage/%C3%89lementus4. Post a link to a screenshot of your user interface in raid combat.I do not have a website to post a link of my UI. I also do not see a way to attached a Doc to this application so if you would like to see my UI (I use elvui and WeakAuras), let me know and I will gladly email you over a link. 5. How long have you been playing WoW? Have you played any other MMOs?I have been playing WoW consistently since Warlords of Draenor however, I did play a little bit in Vanilla. Over the years I have played several MMO’s such as Wildstar, FFXIV, and Guild Wars 2.6. Explain the circumstances for leaving your previous/current guild. The main reason why I am leaving my current guild is due to raid schedule. One of the raid days is on a Sunday in which I work all day. If I rush home from work and get on immediately, I am still over 30 minutes late. Additionally, I am looking to take progression very seriously in BFA and want to be raiding 3 nights a week instead of 2. 7. List your computer specs (CPU, RAM, Video Card). To find CPU & RAM information on a Windows PC, right click on My Computer and select Properties. To find Video Card information right click on the desktop, select Properties and the Settings tab. Macs are for gnomes.Manufacturer: ASUSTek Computer CompanyModel: GL702VMProcessor: Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59GHzInstalled Memory (RAM): 12.0 GBSystem Type: 64- bit Operating System, x64 based processorVideo Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10608. List any prior raid experience. Most of my raid experience comes from this expansion. I have achieved Ahead of the Curve for every tier this expansion except for Emerald Nightmare. I have some mythic raiding experience in Nighthold however BFA will be my first time getting into serious raid content. The guild I am in is currently 4/11M however, since I cannot be on time on Sunday, I am not a part of the core team. 9. Exodus raids Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00pm to 11:00pm Central Time. Raiders are expected to attend every raid, or post in the scheduling forum in advance of absences. How stable is your schedule, and do you foresee any scheduling conflicts in the near future?Currently I am a full-time student finishing up my degree. Once I obtain my class schedule, my schedule for the week is essentially set in stone. This means that I will be able to be extremely consistent with my attendance. Also, it is worth noting that I will be taking on a lighter load this semester as I’m finishing up meaning that there will be a large amount of time I can dedicate to this game.10. Do you have Discord client installed? Do you have a working headset?Yes, I have Discord installed and I am currently using Logitech headphones.11. We require all raiders to be running Deadly Boss Mods. Do you have this addon running reliably on your computer, and what other addons do you find indispensable?I always keep DBM updated and the other addons I find to be indispensable are Weak Auras and elvui.12. Do you have a reliable internet connection? Are you able to play for extended periods of time without interruptions? I have Verizon Fios and rarely get disconnected.13. Do you have a list of gear upgrades you need? If so, how did you come up with this list?I am no longer gearing for Legion however, I always sim my character in order to come up with a list of potential gear upgrades depending on the iteration of the fight (single-target, multi-target, etc).14. Are you a team player? Do you understand that you will sometimes be asked to do things that you don't like for the sake of the guild? This may include changing specs, farming mats, sitting out, as well as on occasion helping guild mates with random things.I would consider myself a team player in that I would be willing to do much for the guild. The actions that I would be willing to do include, but are not limited to, running through lower level Mythic + dungeons in order to gear up members, raid re-clears, farming materials, donating gold when needed, changing specs to what is currently top tier (I plan on gearing every spec of Hunter or Warlock depending on what I choose to main). The only thing that I am not willing to do is change classes to something that I do not like. I will not spend my game time playing something that I don’t enjoy.15. Are you easily offended? No. I am a very easy-going person and have yet to be genuinely offended by something someone says.16. How did you hear about Exodus?Through the recruitment forums on Battle.net17. Why do you want to be in Exodus?I am interested in joining Exodus due to it’s previous raid history, 3-4 day a week raid schedule, and I find it likely to be able to push serious mythic content if in the guild. Additionally, being in a guild that seriously pushed content will always keep me on my game and always wanting to improve.18. Why should Exodus want you? Describe what you can uniquely contribute that would make you valuable.I am a very focused and passionate person. I strive to be in the top 5-10% of every field that I pursue. My first passion was the video game Halo-2, in which I played professionally as the MLG franchise was forming. After Halo I took to bodybuilding, where I won several titles, qualifying to compete in the Mr. Natural Olympia (the most prestigious natural bodybuilding show in the world). After body-building, I focused on work in which I managed two different locations for the company I worked for. Currently, I am finishing up my bachelor’s degree and will be working on my masters shortly after. My goals are very clear and straight-forward, finish up my degree program, keep up on my health and fitness goals, and focus on one game that can further challenge me (World of Warcraft). 19. We expect our raiders to do everything in their power to ensure their accounts remain secure. Have you been hacked in the past, and do you have a Blizzard Authenticator enabled on your account?I have not had my account hacked in the past and yes, I have Blizzard Authenticator enabled on my account. 20. How do you feel about gnomes, and how can you contribute to the Exodus war on gnomes?I really, really, REALLY hate gnomes!!! I will do anything necessary to help keep the war on them alive!P.S. If you have anything further questions for me I will be more than happy to answer them. I will post my discord and battle.net information below. I hope to talk to you guys soon!Discord: Mythindas#6652Battle.net: MindSculptor#1913
